Have you guys been to the new Goop pop-up on South Congress yet? I finally made it there the other night for an event with LensCrafters x Goop! We were there to experience fun frames such as Prada and Ray-Ban with Transitions™ lenses available at LensCrafters, as well as see a demo of the new contacts — ACUVUE® OASYS with Transitions™. That’s right, contact lenses that transition just like glasses! How cool is that?!
I enjoyed delicious, healthy drinks and snacks as I shopped around the Goop pop-up. Check it out below for some fun photos from the event!
The ACUVUE® OASYS with Transitions™ is some of the coolest technology I’ve ever seen. No wonder TIME named it one of their best inventions of 2018! The first-of-its-kind contact lens can sense the changes in lighting and adapt accordingly from clear to darker. I can only imagine how useful this will be for things like sports and attending music festivals. When traveling, there are so many times I can think of where this product would have been extremely useful, when it’s been too difficult to switch back and forth between my glasses and prescription sunglasses. I could have really used these while skiing last week! But that’s also the reason I’ve been really wanting a pair of glasses with Transitions. For what I do, they’ll be extremely convenient and allow me to travel lighter.
